5 stars! I will choose no other place for now on. I got home from vacation on sunday and my air wasnt working. I called them monday morning and immediatly they put me down for an appointment that day. One of their members called and said they will be there in 15 minutes. He got to the house, diagnosed the problem (it was a condenser), fixed it, and then changed my air filter! In less then 25 minutes we had cool air again. And the price was really good too. The lady who schedualed me when I called was very nice and helpful too, I think her name was Suzanne. Very impressed, thank you guys ???

We had Scott come to our house to do a routine maintenance service on our AC. Scott was top notch; very professional, personable and easily likable. I followed him around like a little puppy as he conducted his maintenance routine as I wanted to see out of my own curiosity and education what he would be doing. I asked if he minded and he didn't. Good thing, because he helped educate me along the way. At no point did he try to force a "sale" on me, rather he informed me on a few things that I should be considering/budgeting for over the next 12-24 months that will eventually need replaced/repaired. I signed up for the Energy Savings Agreement (Maintenance Program) and look forward to seeing Scott again in the fall!

Had a great experience with them! A/C just wasn't pulling down to the set temperature. Called, spoke with someone immediately, they scheduled me that same week. The tech Dean came out. Very knowledgeable. Did a thorough clean on our condenser. Now enjoying a comfortable home again. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service from the first phone call to book an appointment to the service call itself. Dean was our service technician and was excellent. We just moved in a few months ago and something wasn't right with our zoned system. Dean listened and found the problem immediately. He provided helpful info, as well. All rooms are cool, now. Honest, friendly and above and beyond service. Highly recommend Dean and the company. Looking forward to our Fall tune up!
